Take 2 glasses of cold water in a vessel and add lime and sugar to it.Grind the mint leaves and ginger with little water in a mixer.Now mix it with the cold water and stir well.Strain it and serve .</div>

Curry leaves. <br />
Salt as per taste.<br />

Soak the channa in water for 6 hours.Cook the channa in a pressure cooker with little salt.Saok the powders in little water and keep for some time.Heat oil in a pan. Add the onions and curry leaves.When it is done add the coconut pieces and saute for some time.Now add the powders soaked in water and saute.When it is done add the channa and saute for some time.When the water is dried remove from fire and serve.Goes well with Kanji. </div>

<br />Today I like to share with you a simple and tasty fish egg roast recipe. Thanks to my husband who lets me do all the experimenting on him which encourages me to try new recpes each time.

<br />Ingredients (serves 2)
<br />Fish eggs -1/4 kg
<br />Shallots -6
<br />Green Chillies -2
<br />Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoon
<br />Chilly powder - 11/2 teaspoon
<br />Turmeric powder -1/4 teaspoon
<br />Pepper Powder -1/4 teaspoon
<br />Salt as per taste
<br />Oil for frying
<br />Curry leaves
<br />
<br />Method of preparation
<br />Marinate fish eggs with chilly powder,salt and turmeric powder and keep for ten minutes.Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds.Then add the chopped onionsand curry leaves.Make a paste of ginger,garlic and green chillies and add to it and saute well.Now add the marinated fish eggs and saute. Add pepper powder and salt and mix well.Cook for ten minutes and stir in between .
