Cook the chana with the garlic ,ginger and salt. /&gt;Turmeric Powder -1/4 teaspoon&lt;br /&gt;Thick Coconut milk-1/2 cup&lt;br /&gt;Thin Coconut milk -1/2 cup&lt;br /&gt;Salt as per taste&lt;br /&gt;Curry leaves&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Method of Preparation&lt;br /&gt;Heat oil in a pan.Put the chopped onions and saute.Now add the curry leaves and ginger paste.Add salt and turmeric powder and chilly powder and saute.Now add the mango pieces and saute for two minutes.Then add the prawns and saute well till it is cooked.When it is done add the thin coconut milk and let the prawns cook in it for two minutes.Then add the thick coconut milk gamboge.Take a frying pan and roast turmeric powder,chilly powder and corriander powder.Now make a paste of the roasted masala and ginger,shallots,garlic and salt.Heat oil in a pan and put the curry leave and saute .Now add the paste and saute well.Then add the kudam puli soaked in water and saute.Now add the cleaned sliced fish and let it cook for five minutes.When its is done remove from fire Thanks to my husband who  lets me do all the experimenting on him which encourages me to try new recpes each time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients (serves 2)&lt;br /&gt;Fish eggs -1/4 kg&lt;br /&gt;Shallots -6&lt;br /&gt;Green Chillies -2&lt;br /&gt;Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoon&lt;br /&gt;Chilly powder  - 11/2 teaspoon&lt;br /&gt;Turmeric powder -1/4 teaspoon&lt;br /&gt;Pepper Powder -1/4 teaspoon&lt;br /&gt;Salt as per taste&lt;br /&gt;Oil for frying&lt;br /&gt;Curry leaves&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Method of preparation&lt;br /&gt;Marinate fish eggs with chilly powder,salt and turmeric powder and keep for ten minutes.Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds.Then add the chopped onionsand curry leaves.Make a paste of ginger,garlic and green chillies and add to it and saute well.Now add the marinated fish eggs and saute. Add pepper powder and salt and mix well.Cook for ten minutes and stir in between . 1cup&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Egg       -1&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sugar    - 3 spoons&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Grated Coconut -1 cup&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cardamom Powder - For taste&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Water     - 3 tb spoon&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;Method of Preparation&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Take the egg and beat it well.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Now add the maida to the egg .&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Add little water and mix well till it becomes a little thin.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Now add a pinch of salt to the batter and mix well.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Keep aside the batter for a few minutes&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;For the filling.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Take a pan and heat it.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Add sugar and water and heat it for 3 minutes .&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Now add the grated coconut and heat it till it the water gets dried.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Now take a frying pan and heat it.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Take the batter and spread it in a circular shape over the pan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Repeat the above step till the batter is finished.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Now take the cakes and spread the sweet grated coconut over chopped&lt;br /&gt;Salt - As per requirement&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Chilly Powder - If required&lt;br /&gt;Cumin Powder -1/2 teaspoon&lt;br /&gt;Dalda or ghee - 2 tbs&lt;br /&gt;Water - as per requirement&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Method of preparation&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;  Take besan( Chickpea flour) and add some water and mix well till all the lumps are removed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Then add the onions, green chillies salt and cumin powder and mix well. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Then dip the bread pieces and fry on a slow flame When the sugar syrup becomes sticky add the grated coconut and stir till all the syrup is absorbed.Now mix the rice flakes with the coconut and mix well.
