Tea Time Snacks

Bread Roast

Bread - 8 pieces
Besan (Chickpea flour) - 1/2 cup
Onions - 1 Finely chopped
Green Chillies - 3 Finely chopped
Salt - As per requirement

Chilly Powder - If required
Cumin Powder -1/2 teaspoon
Dalda or ghee - 2 tbs
Water - as per requirement

Method of preparation

  1. Take besan( Chickpea flour) and add some water and mix well till all the lumps are removed.
  2. Then add the onions, green chillies salt and cumin powder and mix well.

  3. Then dip the bread pieces and fry on a slow flame .

  4. Remove when light brown and serve.
