Yethaka Fry

Ingredients
  1. Banana {Yethaka} : 2
  2. Ghee : 4 teaspoon
  3. Sugar : 3 teaspoon
Method of Preparation
  1. Slice the banana into pieces
  2. Heat ghee in a frying pan
  3. When the oil is hot put the banana slice and fry till brown
  4. When it turns light brown add some sugar and mix well.
  5. Serve when done.
