Ivy Gourd (Kovakkai or Tindora Thoran)

Kovakkai or Ivy Gourd - 1/4 kg
Grated coconut -2 tablespoon
Tomato - 1
Onion -1
Green Chillies -2
Curry Leaves
Chilly Powder -1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder -1/4 teaspoon
Corriander Powder -1/2 teaspoon
Salt - As per taste

Method of prepartion.
Cook the ivy gourd with turmeric ,water and salt for 10 minutes.Now heat oil in a pan,Splutter mustard seeds.Then add the chopped onions ,green chillies and curry leaves and saute well.Then add the chopped tomatoes and grated coconut.When it is done add chilly powder and coriander powder.Then add the cooked ivy gourd and cook for three minutes.When it is done serve with rice.
