Chemmeen Manga Charu (Prawns Mango curry)

Chemmeen - 250kg
Onions -1
Ginger Paste -1/2 teaspoon
Unripe Mango -1/2
Chilly Powder -2 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder -1/4 teaspoon
Thick Coconut milk-1/2 cup
Thin Coconut milk -1/2 cup
Salt as per taste
Curry leaves

Method of Preparation
Heat oil in a pan.Put the chopped onions and saute.Now add the curry leaves and ginger paste.Add salt and turmeric powder and chilly powder and saute.Now add the mango pieces and saute for two minutes.Then add the prawns and saute well till it is cooked.When it is done add the thin coconut milk and let the prawns cook in it for two minutes.Then add the thick coconut milk and let it cook for a minute and remove from flame.When it is done remove from flame.Goes well with rice and kappa.
