Wheat flour dosa with coconut milk

Wheat flour - 4 cups
Thick coconut milk -1 cup
Water - As required
Salt - 2 pinches

Take 4 cups of wheat flour and add thick coconut milk and salt .Add the remaining thin milk and mix well.The batter should be like that of dosa batter.Add more water if the batter is thick.Put the mixture in a mixer jar and blend for 2 minutes .Now the batter is ready to be prepared.Heat a non stick pan and pour a spoonfull of batter and rotate in circular motion.Cover with a lid and when it is done flip it over to the other side and cook till done. Serve with chutney or sambar.
