Ingriedients
- Mussels cleaned – 1/2 kg
- Pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
- Chilly Powder – 1 teaspoon
- salt – 1 teaspoon
- Meat Masala – 1 teaspoon
- Garam Masala Powder -1/4 teaspoon
- Oil – 2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
- Onions – 1/2
- Green Chiilies – 2
- Curry leaves -1
- Ginger – 1
Method of Preparation
Take a pan and heat it then add the mussels ,chopped onions,green chillies and ginger.Now add pepper powder ,chilly powder ,garam masala.meat masala turmeric powder and salt and stir well .Now add 1/2 cup of water and cook for 2 minutes.when it is cooked stir on slow flame till all the water gets dried up.
Now heat oil in a pan and fry the cooked mussels.
remove from flame and serve.
