Pan Cakes
Ingredients
- Maida ( All purpose flour)- 1cup
- Egg -1
- Sugar - 3 spoons
- Grated Coconut -1 cup
- Cardamom Powder - For taste
- Water - 3 tb spoon
Method of Preparation
- Take the egg and beat it well.
- Now add the maida to the egg .
- Add little water and mix well till it becomes a little thin.
- Now add a pinch of salt to the batter and mix well.
- Keep aside the batter for a few minutes
For the filling.
- Take a pan and heat it.
- Add sugar and water and heat it for 3 minutes .
- Now add the grated coconut and heat it till it the water gets dried.
- Now take a frying pan and heat it.
- Take the batter and spread it in a circular shape over the pan.
- Repeat the above step till the batter is finished.
- Now take the cakes and spread the sweet grated coconut over it.
- Now roll the cake
- Serve it with tea or coffee.
