Ingriedients
Spinach - 1/2 kg
Onion -1
Green Chiilies -2
Turmeric Powder -1/4 teaspoon
Chilly Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - As per taste
Grated Coconut -1/2 cup
Method of Preparation
Heat oil in a pan.Splutter mustard seeds.Then add onions and green chillies and saute well.Now add turmeric powder ,red chilly powder and salt.Then add the grated coconut and mix well. Now add the chopped Spinach and mix well.Cover it with a lid.Do not add water.When it is cooked remove from flame and serve.
