Prawns - 250 gms
Onion - 1 small
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Tomato -1 small
Grated coconut - 1/2cup
Pepper Powder -1/4 spoon
Garam masala -1/4 spoon
Salt - As per taste
Cummin Seeds - 2 pinch
Crush the cleaned prawns.Cook the tomatoes ,onion ,ginger and prawns.Add a little salt to it.Crush the coconut ,cummin seeds,turmeric powder and green chillies in a grinder.When the prawns is half cooked add the coconut mixture to it and cook .When it is done add garam masala and pepper powder.When it is done add a little coconut oil and saute for a minute.When it is done remove from flame and serve.
