Wheat flour - 2 cups
Powdered oats - 1 cup
Water - As required
Salt - As required
Method of preparation.
Grind oats to a fine powder. In a bowl mix the wheat flour and water .Then add the powdered oats to the mixture.Add a little bit of salt and keep aside for fifteen minutes.(For crispier dosa keep it in the fridge for 15 minutes and then prepare).Heat a pan and prepare the dosa after fifteen minutes.
