Mussels Fry {Kakka erachi}

Ingriedients
  1.  Mussels cleaned – 1/2 kg 
  2.  Pepper powder – 1 teaspoon 
  3.  Chilly Powder – 1 teaspoon 
  4.  salt – 1 teaspoon 
  5.  Meat Masala – 1 teaspoon 
  6.  Garam Masala Powder -1/4 teaspoon 
  7.  Oil – 2 teaspoon 
  8.  Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon 
  9.  Onions – 1/2 
  10.  Green Chiilies – 2 
  11.  Curry leaves -1 
  12.  Ginger – 1

Method of Preparation
Take a pan and heat it then add the mussels ,chopped onions,green chillies and ginger.Now add pepper powder ,chilly powder ,garam masala.meat masala turmeric powder and salt and stir well .Now add 1/2 cup of water and cook for 2 minutes.when it is cooked stir on slow flame till all the water gets dried up.
Now heat oil in a pan and fry the cooked mussels.
remove from flame and serve.
