Ragi (Finger Millet) Roast

Ragi (Finger Millet) Roast

Ragi Powder – 1 cup
Banana – 1
Grated Coconut – 1/2 cup
Sugar 2 teaspoon
Ghee o oil -1 teaspoon
Water -1/4 cup

Method of Preparation
Take the ragi powder in a container and mix it well with the grated coconut ,bananas and sugar.
Now add water to it and mix well till it becomes like a paste.
Now pour some ghee on a frying pan and spread the batter on it.
Remove from flame when both sides are cooked and serve.
