Pan Cakes

Ingredients
  1. Maida ( All purpose flour)- 1cup
  2. Egg -1
  3. Sugar - 3 spoons
  4. Grated Coconut -1 cup
  5. Cardamom Powder - For taste
  6. Water - 3 tb spoon
Method of Preparation

  1. Take the egg and beat it well.
  2. Now add the maida to the egg .
  3. Add little water and mix well till it becomes a little thin.
  4. Now add a pinch of salt to the batter and mix well.
  5. Keep aside the batter for a few minutes
For the filling.

  1. Take a pan and heat it.
  2. Add sugar and water and heat it for 3 minutes .
  3. Now add the grated coconut and heat it till it the water gets dried.
  4. Now take a frying pan and heat it.
  5. Take the batter and spread it in a circular shape over the pan.
  6. Repeat the above step till the batter is finished.
  7. Now take the cakes and spread the sweet grated coconut over it.
  8. Now roll the cake
  9. Serve it with tea or coffee.
