- Grated Coconut -2 table spoon
- Oil – 1 Table spoon
- Turmeric Powder – Half teaspoon
- Chilly Powder – Half teaspoon
- Mustard Seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
- Egg -1
- Curry Leaves
Method of Preparation.
Heat Oil in a pan and scramble the eggs and keep it aside.
Cook the cauliflower in a cooker for a minute and keep aside.
Now heat oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds.
Then add the chooped onions,green chillies and curry leaves.
Then add turmeric powder ,chilly powder and salt and mix well.
Now add the grated coconut and stir well.
Now add the cooked cauliflower and mix well.After that add the scrambled eggs.Cook on a slow flam for a minute .After it is done serve with rice.
