Sprouted Green Gram with coconut and jaggery.

This is a healthy nutritous recipe which is very tasty.This recipe does not involve cooking.It comes under the category of raw food.

Ingriedients

Sprouted Green Gram - 1 cup
Jaggery - 2 table spoon
Grated Coconut - 2 table sppon
Apple cut itno small pieces - 1
Banana cut into small pieces - 1


Method of Preparation
Cut the fruits to small pieces.
Grate jaggery and coconut.
Now add the sprouted raw green gram to it and mix well.
Serve with any fruit juice.
