Ivy Gourd Fry (Koval Fry)

Ivy Gourd
- 10/15
Cumin Powder
- One teaspoon
- As per requirement
Peeper Powder
- One teaspoon
Oil - One tablespoon

Method Of Preparation:

Cut ivy gourd to small pieces.Mix the ivy gourd with pepper and Cumin powder and salt. Keep for ten minutes. Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is heated put the ivy gourd in it and fry till light brown.Remove from flame and serve with rice.
