Fish Curry

Fish - 6 slices
Thick Coconut milk-1/2 cup
Thin Cocunut milk -1/2 cup
Chilly powder - 2 teaspoons
Turmeric Powder -1/2 teaspoon
Tomato -1
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Curry Leaves
Salt -As per requirement
Kudam Puli (Gamboge) -3
Coconut oil - 1 table spoon
Shallots -10

Method of Preparation
Take the chilly powder,turmeric powder and salt and add little water and make it into a paste and keep for five minutes.
Now take the Kudam puli and soak it in little water for five minutes.
Heat oil in a pan.
Put the sliced shallots,curry leaves,tomatoes and ginger garlic paste and stir well.
Now add the chilly paste and stir.Then add the kudam puli soaked in water and let it boil for two minutes.After that add the thin coconut milk and fish pieces.Keep for two minutes the add the thick coconut milk and remove from flame.
Serve with rice.
