Mint and corriander leaves chutney.


Mint leaves - 1/4 cup
Corriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Green chillies -2
Salt -as per requirement
Tamarind pulp - 1 spoon

Grind all the ingriedients to a fine paste with little water.In another pan heat oil,splutter mustard seeds,onions and add the grinded mixture and when it is done,remove from fire and serve with idli,vada or dosa.
