Ingredients
Bread - 8 pieces
Besan (Chickpea flour) - 1/2 cup
Onions - 1 Finely chopped
Green Chillies - 3 Finely chopped
Salt - As per requirement
Chilly Powder - If required
Cumin Powder -1/2 teaspoon
Dalda or ghee - 2 tbs
Water - as per requirement
Method of preparation
- Take besan( Chickpea flour) and add some water and mix well till all the lumps are removed.
- Then add the onions, green chillies salt and cumin powder and mix well.
- Then dip the bread pieces and fry on a slow flame .
- Remove when light brown and serve.
