- Potatoes : 3
- Chilly Powder : 2 teaspoons
- Salt : 1/2 teaspoon
- Oil to cook.
Method of Preparation
- Slice the potatoes into small pieces and mix with the chilly powder .
- Add salt and mix well and keep for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- When it becomes hot add the potatoes and fry till light brown.
- Serve when done.
