Yethaka Fry
Ingredients
Banana {Yethaka} : 2
Ghee : 4 teaspoon
Sugar : 3 teaspoon
Method of Preparation
Slice the banana into pieces
Heat ghee in a frying pan
When the oil is hot put the banana slice and fry till brown
When it turns light brown add some sugar and mix well.
Serve when done.
